No medications work for food addiction. So the question is: What does? Diet and exercise. Don't take the lazy way out of it and go with the medication because most of it can harm your body. Try this.
Don't eat pasta, breads, or potatoes for 3 weeks and see what that does to you. Eat as much vegies as possible. And don't starve yourself, just eat regularly. If you get hungry, eat something healthy for a snack--perhaps an apple or a banana. You can eat sweets if you want, but limit that as much as possible. Believe me, you will get over your food addiction and lose weight if you are overweight. If you need anymore help, ask away.

eat small meals 2 times a day. it helps. if you put food on a smaller plate you have more control. that really helps
